Full payment through the AA online booking, in person or over the phone by credit card, or direct deposit is required to secure your booking

Cancellation of your booking up to 7  days prior will not incur a fee from Hush but if booked online through AA will incur a $25 fee.

If you cancel within the 7 and 3 ays prior to your booking Hush will charge you 50% of the total amount paid and AA will also charge the $25 fee.

If you cancel after 3 days before your booking with Hush we are sorry but there is no refund.

Group bookings will only be hold for a total of 48 hours unless full payment has been made or a deposit paid as agreed with Hush.

For wedding bookings please request to be emailed the Hush Intimate Weddings Terms and Conditions.

Check in time for Hush is 2pm and check out is 10am. If you would like a later check out we will try and accomodate you if we can.

Credit card details are required to be left with Hush management to cover any breakages or theft.

Resetting or breakage of the lock boxes will incur a charge of $90 for replacement.

Hush is a non smoking venue inside all areas. Please smoke outside and respect our gardens by using the ash trays provided. If you do smoke inside a nights tarriff will be charged to your credit card to cover the cleaning costs incured.

Hush Alfresco area is not to be used after 10.30pm and before 7am to keep noise to a mimimum in respect for the other guests.

Hush Studios and shared areas are not to be accessed by guests from Hush House - this is to ensure noise made by children is kept to a minimum.

Hush Studios sleep a maximum of four people and the Hush House sleeps a maximum of six people. No extra guests please.

Hush House is required to be left clean and tidy as you found it.

Your stay at Hush is at your own risk. Please keep valuables with you at all times and ensure if you leave your studio or the house that you keep it locked and close all windows.

Please keep your vehicle locked at all times.
